Medical Marijuana Stock Picks
Consider This as Time Goes on Our Own Cannabis Industrial Average, the Cannabis Industrial 30.
People in the Green Movement show their support for those who are leading the environmental revolution by supporting green companies through both their purchases, and their investments. What if we began supporting those products and companies that are the leaders in Medical Marijuana research, the leaders in pushing for Legalization?
Thus this page...we are not recommending any company as an investment, instead are only making you aware of some contenders for your personal portfolio. As with anything in life, we highly suggest you do your own due deligence, and invest according to your own ability to stomach and handle the risk that comes with stock investments.
Cannabis Science Inc.
If I had a spare $2500 right now, Cannabis Science Inc. would be a company I would be giving a serious look at. Actually, even though I do not have $2500 I am still giving them a serious look at. What is not to like about a ground floor opportunity with a share buy in price under one dollar?

A check this morning has the price up at around 80 cents! I cannot even buy a cheap cup of coffee for that price. All kidding aside, I find their cannabis extract lozengers make this company a great pick for my own portfolio, and a great way to support the forward momentum of Medical Marijuana.
(Full Article)The Company’s first pharmaceutical cannabis product for DHHS- and FDA-qualified testing will be a whole-cannabis extract in the form of a lozenge. The Company has applied for its DEA handling license and is interviewing researchers to complete and sponsor its IND (Investigational New Drug) test protocols.
The lozenge is a part of the assets and know-how developed by Steven W. Kubby and Dr. Robert J. Melamede and acquired by the Company from Cannex Therapeutics of California.
Initial findings from informal human trials using the whole-cannabis extract demonstrate the lozenge has the capacity to enhance rapid onset through oromucosal absorption. Last year, an early version of the lozenge was tested at Vancouver Island Compassion Society (VICS) (www.thevics.com), a non-profit medical cannabis organization located in Victoria, B.C, which is at the forefront of this patient-centered approach to cannabis research.
