To beat your enemy, you must know and IDENTIFY your enemy so that members of the community can SHUN THEM.  To end the war on drugs we MUST out the DEA and its agents whenever possible, eliminate their ability to HIDE IN THE SHADOWS as they prey upon the Medical Marijuana Community. 

Further, it is time we start using our First Amendment rights to bring attention to these people, to their offices hidden all over America.  It is time we film them for YouTube, time that we post agent pictures, license plate numbers and addresses online when we get them, time to PUBLISH THEIR NAMES, and if possible their contact information so that protesters can begin using our First Amendment Rights to let our communities know they have evil living in their communities. 

Think about it...do you really want the SCUM that busted Charles Lynch living in your neighborhood?  2o Million Americans have been criminalized because of Marijuana...lets end the war by taking away Law Enforcements ability to work in the shadows.

Getting Information on DEA and Its Agents

You would be surprised what you can learn with a phone call to any DEA office, so make sure to have pencil and paper handy to take some notes.  You can get the names of staff members, even the names of agents.  You can get new phone numbers, even ask questions on policy that sometimes get answered.  Once you have gotten this information, forward to Operation Out DEA.

Why DEA Hates Pages Like This...Why They Are Important

Just look at the case of Carmichael in Alabama, where the DEA tried to have the defendent's website which OUTED DEA agents and their snitches closed down.  The reasons stated?

Federal prosecutors had sought a protective order to remove the web site. They argued that it was an attempt to intimidate witnesses to scare them away from testifying at trial, a violation of federal law. They also argued that it might taint the jury pool and that it might scare DEA agents away from undercover work and discourage citizens from becoming informants.

DEA lost the case, the Judge ruled in favor of First, Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights, and in favor of defendent. Read Article

Citizens in states with Legal Medical Marijuana...please be aware that the DEA is powerless to enforce the Federal Law without the cooperation of Local Law Enforcement in their investigations. This means you need to have your local government MANDATE that you Local Law Enforcement IS NOT TO COOPERATE OR WORK WITH DEA on any case that involves Medical Marijuana under penalty of termination of employment.  KEEP THESE SCUM OUT.
