Supporting growers, suppliers, distributors and patients of Medical Marijuana as we work within the political system to see the day when Medical Marijuana is legalized nationally here in America. Legalization is a matter of free choice, and it is the right thing to do.
I got high for the first time in my life back in 1969...40 years later, and we are still fighting the same fight. When is the Federal Government going to accept that prohbition does not, and cannot work...the time for Cannabis Reform is now, the time for legalized Medical Cannabis is now. Please contact your elected officials in Washington, DC asking them to support the legalization of Medical Marijuana (Cannabis).

If your Medical Marijuana related facility is being INVADED by the Jack Booted thugs from the DEA in a state where Medical Marijuana is LEGAL, we want to know about it, we want to write about it, and we want to OUT THE DEA AGENTS, their names and their faces. So, if you are raided, get someone there to PHOTOGRAPH THE AGENTS and then mail their pics to us here at the Medical Marijuana Society, complete with any details you have, including the details from the Search Warrant.
To the Law Enforcement Officers who have voiced their displeasure at this idea...get over it, your WAR ON DRUGS IS ETHICALLY AND MORALLY WRONG.
DEA...DROP A DIME ON THEM.

To beat your enemy, you must know and IDENTIFY your enemy so that members of the community can SHUN THEM. To end the war on drugs we MUST out the DEA and its agents whenever possible, eliminate their ability to HIDE IN THE SHADOWS as they prey upon the Medical Marijuana Community.
Further, it is time we start using our First Amendment rights to bring attention to these people, to their offices hidden all over America. It is time we film them for YouTube, time that we post agent pictures, license plate numbers and addresses online when we get them, time to PUBLISH THEIR NAMES, and if possible their contact information so that protesters can begin using our First Amendment Rights to let our communities know they have evil living in their communities.
Think about it...do you really want the SCUM that busted Charles Lynch living in your neighborhood? 2o Million Americans have been criminalized because of Marijuana...lets end the war by taking away Law Enforcements ability to work in the shadows.
Email your digital photos and videos and we will post them up to the web for you after making sure of their authenticity.

Getting Information on DEA and Its Agents
You would be surprised what you can learn with a phone call to any DEA office, so make sure to have pencil and paper handy to take some notes. You can get the names of staff members, even the names of agents. You can get new phone numbers, even ask questions on policy that sometimes get answered. Once you have gotten this information, forward to Operation Out DEA.
Why DEA Hates Pages Like This...Why They Are Important
Just look at the case of Carmichael in Alabama, where the DEA tried to have the defendent's website which OUTED DEA agents and their snitches closed down. The reasons stated?
Federal prosecutors had sought a protective order to remove the web site. They argued that it was an attempt to intimidate witnesses to scare them away from testifying at trial, a violation of federal law. They also argued that it might taint the jury pool and that it might scare DEA agents away from undercover work and discourage citizens from becoming informants.
DEA lost the case, the Judge ruled in favor of First, Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights, and in favor of defendent. Read Article

(DEA) American's Goose stepping finest...you too can shamefully wear the badge of the DEA, deny citizens their liberties.
If civil rights abuses are your thing, if you like to perpetuate the wrongful "War On Drugs", imprison people for no real good reason other than the right wing of the Republican Party and Christian conservatives desire to dictate our morality, you should consider joining the ranks of pernicious scumbags that is the United States of America Drug Enforcement Agency. You can have the opportunity to kick down doors, take parents away from their children, and make criminals out of Americans that have done nothing more than smoke a little pot, often for legitament MEDICAL REASONS.
Citizens in states with Legal Medical Marijuana...please be aware that the DEA is powerless to enforce the Federal Law without the cooperation of Local Law Enforcement in their investigations. This means you need to have your local government MANDATE that you Local Law Enforcement IS NOT TO COOPERATE OR WORK WITH DEA on any case that involves Medical Marijuana under penalty of termination of employment. KEEP THESE SCUM OUT.
Two of San Francisco California's DEA Elite...know them, and see that they do not LOITER in your Medical Marijuana Communities. If you see them, CAUSE A SCENE, let everyone know they are SCUM DEA AGENTS that are not welcome in the neighborhood.
